We are not the lender; loans are made by third-party lending partners subject to their underwriting and approval. Our principal place of business is in the State of Wyoming.

Phone Calls and Voice Assistant

When you call us, your call may be answered by an automated AI voice assistant ("Riley"), which identifies itself as an automated assistant. Calls and voice interactions may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, or summarized for quality, record-keeping, and to route your inquiry to a principal. This notice serves as your disclosure that calls may be recorded; by calling us or continuing a call, you consent to that recording and processing. If you prefer not to be recorded, please do not continue the call — you may instead reach us by email or ask to speak with a principal directly.

AI-Assisted Services

Information you submit or say may be processed by our AI service providers (see Section 5) to generate responses, product-fit pre-reads, and summaries. AI outputs are informational only, are labeled as AI-assisted, and are not a credit decision or an offer of credit — a principal reviews every file and confirms exact terms, and a human is always available on request.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our business, including:

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

• Least-privilege access and isolation — we use role-based access controls, tenant-level data isolation, and least-privilege database access, so your information is reachable only by authorized personnel for legitimate business purposes.
• Retention and deletion — we retain information only as long as needed (see Section 6) and delete it on request (see Section 7).

As we consolidate loan-application processing onto our dedicated lending platform, that platform applies additional protections to borrower information, including application-level AES-256 encryption of sensitive identifiers (such as Social Security and date-of-birth information) and an append-only record of key activity and consents.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we continuously review and improve our safeguards. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
