Our Team
The people behind the capital.
A money business runs on trust — so every file here is handled by a person whose name you know. Principals who transact commercial real estate themselves, a lending desk built on decades of origination, and an operations and acquisitions team that keeps deals moving to the wire.
The Principals
We transact ourselves.
Every client works directly with a principal — people who buy, sell, and finance commercial real estate with their own capital, so your file is underwritten the way a principal would underwrite his own.
Arya Nassaj
Structures financing across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets — and buys and sells commercial real estate directly. Because he owns and underwrites deals himself, your file is read the way a principal reads his own: for the numbers, the exit, and the structure that actually fits.
Alex Roy
Leads lender relationships and financing execution across our multi-state lender network, matching each deal to the right capital source. Availability and terms vary by product and state — his job is to find the fit and confirm exactly where a file can go.
Lending Team
Career lenders, not intake coordinators.
The people who originate, structure, and shepherd your financing — chosen for judgment, execution, and the kind of service that keeps clients for decades.
Kelli Haynie
Kelli brings more than 25 years of real-estate lending experience to the desk, guiding investors from the first conversation through clear-to-close. She has originated and managed financing across residential-investment and commercial files alike, and her book was built the old-fashioned way — on referrals, repeat clients, and relationships maintained over decades. Borrowers know her for white-glove communication and straight answers: what a file can support, what it needs, and exactly where it stands. On every loan she originates, the standard is the same — clean execution, no surprises, and a lender relationship you keep.
Operations & Acquisitions
The people who move it forward.
Behind every file is a team that keeps it moving — the operators who run the process, the specialists who take the time to understand your situation, and the acquisitions desk that buys directly.
Brian Collins
Brian runs the operating side of the firm — the systems, timelines, and follow-through that carry a file from the first conversation to the closing table. He owns how work moves between desks: what happens next, who is responsible for it, and where everything stands at any point. Clients rarely have to chase an update, because the follow-up is built into the process rather than left to memory. When a date gets tight, he is the one running the moving parts in parallel so it holds.
Emma Williams
Emma is usually the first person who really listens to your situation. She reviews the inquiries that reach the firm — whether someone is looking to finance a property or sell one — and takes the time to understand what you own, what you are trying to accomplish, and the timeline you are working against. That conversation shapes how your file is handled and which specialist you should be speaking with, so you are not repeating yourself or waiting on the wrong desk. Her standard is simple: everyone gets a real conversation, and nobody is told something the details cannot support.
Mike White
Mike works with clients from the first call through the hand-off to the right specialist. He is at his best with the situations that do not fit neatly on a form — an unusual property, a timeline that keeps moving, a plan still taking shape — and turning them into a clear picture the team can act on. Clients tend to notice two things about working with him: how quickly he comes back to them, and how rarely they have to explain themselves twice. He would rather tell someone early that we are not the right fit than leave them waiting on an answer that was never coming.
Mark White
Mark leads acquisitions — sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating the commercial and multifamily properties the firm buys directly. He values a property on what it can realistically produce rather than what a projection claims, which is why owners get a straight answer on price and terms early instead of a number that erodes later in diligence. For sellers who want a clean, private transaction, he is the person who walks it from the first conversation through closing.
How We Work
The standard every file gets.
A principal on every file
No hand-offs into a queue. A principal personally reads each file, structures the deal, and stays reachable from first call to close.
Relationships over transactions
Most of our business is repeat clients and referrals. We quote honest ranges, flag problems early, and protect the relationship over the fee.
Straight answers, fast
